When you submit a form, we process your name, business email, message and any organization, website, country, subject or target-market details you choose to provide so we can answer the enquiry.

Our hosting provider may process limited request and security data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information, under its infrastructure terms.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics, using measurement ID G-6FYS1DQ4J5, records usage events such as visited pages, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network data. Google may set or access analytics cookies under its own terms.

Analytics data is used to understand site performance and content demand. TransplantPrices does not send consultation content, health information or direct contact details to Google Analytics.

Form delivery and security

Forms are hosted on Vercel, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through Resend to the designated business recipients. These providers process request, security and message data under their own terms.

Form content is not written to a TransplantPrices database. Provider delivery and security records may be retained for their documented operational periods. Do not submit patient, medical or health information.

The optional WhatsApp link opens a third-party service operated by Meta. WhatsApp processes account, device and message data under its own terms; chat content is not written to the TransplantPrices form database. The publisher_whatsapp_click analytics event contains only the language and link location. Do not send patient, medical or health information through WhatsApp.
